CFC Architects BNA from the city of Vianen has designed a new distribution centre for retailer C1000 in Raalte. B&G Entrance Control is asked to provide the site security of this large distribution centre. In consultation with CFC, B&G has chosen for special fence slats. This fence ensures a robust, vandalism-proof security of the busy distribution centre, but also needs to meet increased requirements of the building inspectorate. The result is an aesthetically beautiful fence which appearance fits with the environment and the building.Read more

05 December 2011 Project Mental Health Clinic GGzE

Nine hundred meters of smart fencing is needed to enclose the new forensic premises at mental hospital De Grote Beek in the city of Eindhoven from the outside world. GGzE, a mental health clinic in Eindhoven, is building a new clinic for so-called ‘TBS-ers’, mentally ill prisoners who are at great risk of recidivism. Safety is of utmost importance and B&G is an important partner in realizing this. The first phase of the forensic premises was completed in 2009. It consists of Orthopsychiatry for youngsters with behavioural problems who have committed a felony crime and Long care for TBS-ers, who are in need of long-term care. Read more

05 December 2011 Mondriaan Zorggroep Heerlen

Mondriaan is an institution for mental health care in the Dutch province of Limburg. Annually, Mondriaan provides care to over 10,000 people with psychological or psychiatric problems and to people with addiction problems. Moreover, Mondriaan offers forensic psychiatry. Their location in Heerlen is transformed into a medium secured building with strict fencing requirements: the fence has to meet certain penitentiary requirements. DMV Architects from Kerkrade has designed the renewed building.Read more

05 December 2011 Prins Constantijn elementary school

For this project the Educade, a B&G developed child friendly fence, was chosen. The special centre-to-centre distance of the bars and the height of the fence above ground level make that this vertical bar fence meets elementary school safety requirements. Due to the excellent cooperation between all parties involved, the project was completed quickly and without any remaining issues.Read more
